As a member of our team at Boost, you will gain firsthand experience working with healthcare professionals on major business sustainability issues. Team members are assigned to projects based on past experience as well as professional interests, and work together on the revenue recovery process from start to finish. Promising candidates have a demonstrated passion for problem solving and the ability to work effectively with other highly motivated individuals.
Most team members join us as Associate Consultants. Associates work directly with our leadership team and Senior Associates, who manage projects and client relationships. As an Associate, you will learn the foundations of Boost’s coordinated and targeted approach to recovering underpayments and improving overall revenue. After mastering the basics of our model, most Associates continue with Boost as Senior Associates during their second year. Boost believes in fostering everyday learning and professional development to create a team of industry experts and future healthcare leaders.
